Questions & answers
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first Pro subscription, monthly or yearly, starts with 3 days free. Nothing is charged today, we email you a day before the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel Pro from your billing page in a couple of clicks. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 15 days of a payment: write to us from the contact page. A refunded Founder purchase ends its lifetime access.
I already pay for the Quiz Maker. What happens to my plan?
Nothing changes. Starter, Premium and Enterprise subscriptions keep their price and their limits. You can see, update or cancel yours from your billing page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and the wallets Stripe Checkout offers in your country, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; QuizUp never sees your card number.
What is the Founder plan?
One payment of $59 for Pro, for life. There are only 500 Founder seats, and the counter on this page shows how many are left.
Monthly or yearly?
Same Pro either way. Yearly costs $35.99, 49% less than twelve months at $5.99.
Do I need an account to play?
No. Guests get 3 duels a day. A free account gets 5, saves your progress and unlocks the Quiz Maker.
Not sure yet?
Play a few duels as a guest. No account, no card.
